Vehicle Assembly Process Lv1 (VAP-1) 31-01-2026

This course provides practical training in vehicle assembly processes and safe use of torque wrenches and power tools in an automotive assembly environment. Learners are trained to read and follow assembly documents and work instructions, inspect body shells, and safely load vehicle bodies onto lifters.

The course covers rear suspension systems (multi-link and coupled torsion bar), engine, transmission, and front axle assembly, brake connections, propeller shaft installation, engine room connections, and exterior parts assembly. It also includes proper fluid and gas filling procedures with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to perform safe, accurate, and quality-controlled vehicle assembly operations in automobile manufacturing and assembly plants.
